Shipping Policy


Our goal is always to ship orders as quickly as possible, however, due to COVID-19, we have implemented changes to the way we pack & ship items to ensure that our team and our products continue to be safe – because of that, orders are currently shipping within 5-10 business days of receipt.

Please note that shipping times shown at checkout refer to actual transit time, and do not account for processing time or delays due to COVID-19.



We ship from our warehouses located in the United States, Australia and China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different warehouses specialize in different areas of manufacturing. Our shop's currency is in GBP though!



Order processing time takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually a week to 2 weeks! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to a month. It depends what you purchased and where you live!


My order has not arrived yet after you advised 2 weeks to one one month, why?

While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, custom issues, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce.


I have only received some of my items, where are the rest?

We ship from different parts of the World using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email with your name and order number. 


Split Shipping

We can only ship to the shipping address provided and cannot ship to multiple addresses. Back Orders We ship the entire order when all items are ready, so please consider placing a separate order for your back-ordered items if you prefer to not wait on them for the rest of your items to ship.

Lost/Damaged by post office

We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (8 weeks for international), please contact us. We will look into your order details and can assist you in getting it straightened out. Thank you for your understanding with this.

Returned Mail

If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping and handling charges before we can send the package again.
